Furthermore, our eggs are labeled in accordance with industry legislative regulations ensuring full traceability and our premises are subject to visits from DEFRA (Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs) that test the eggs against a stringent set of criteria to ensure that they meet quality guidelines.
