Vulco Spring and Presswork Co. Ltd are a well-established designer and manufacturer of pressed and formed components, ranging from one-offs or prototypes to batches of millions, small or large, Vulco can meet your needs wherever in the world you are.

We press and form a huge range of highly accurate, precise, high quality wire forms and shaped components.

We use the best machinery in the world – market leader Bihler - and operate a comprehensive range of these highly versatile multi-slide machines.

These operate alongside an array of other presses that enable us to press and form from the smallest to the largest.

With our own in-house CAD assisted design facility, we will work with you from conception to delivery; we can offer centuries of experience which, when coupled with our exciting, imaginative, creative design input make us a loyal,  supportive and discreet partner to your success at every stage.

Quality objectives are set and revised at six monthly management reviews to ensure that they are being continually achieved. Objectives will, if necessary be revised and modified to reflect the changing needs of the company and to meet the requirements of ISO 9001-2008.
