All of our scooters come with a one year warranty on parts and labor, and are delivered fully assembled to our dealers. We have an 800 number for dealer support in which we have technicians in the US that have built 1,000s of scooters to assist if our dealers have any trouble troubleshooting a problem. We also have a percentage of parts in stock for every scooter that we have on the road. This way we are able to get out parts to our dealers immediately. In addition, our website is configured with many databases for our dealers to track the scooters that they have ordered from us, the scooters that they have sold to customers, manage needed parts, warranty re-imbursements, etc. We also have marketing materials for our dealers along with a product placement team that has recently gotten EagleCraft on this coming season of NBCâ??s hit TV show Scrubs. We do not allow any of our scooters to be sold via the internet because we want to ensure that all of our customers get the support they need.
