AIMSTAFF, Incorporated traces its roots to the Ayala International Manpower Services, Incorporated  (AIMS) when in 1986, the late Mr.  Enrique Zobel went into the local manpower market with the objective of professionalizing the industry in the country. In 1988, Aimstaff Inc evolved from the ENZO conglomerate.

Today, pushing to two decades of providing services in the human resource industry, Aimstaff Incorporated continues to prove its excellence and professionalism.  Among its directors are men and women who are respected in their chosen profession.
