TECON’s R&D team knows this rule deeply in their mind. Thus, we continuously dedicate ourselves in new products research & development and current products improvement.
Safe, efficient, user-friendly, cost-saving… all these factors are took into consideration and assessment from every phase of our R&D.
Before we release any newly developed product to the construction site, our highly responsible engineers will check the samples in fully round of aspects, and test them accordingly in third party laboratory when necessary.
TECON R&D team is not only works by our own experienced full-time engineers, but also cooperates with part-time consultants from famous collages & organizations all related to construction and forming area, and even across the world.

Quality Control
Quality is our eternal promise to the customers. Safety, nice appearance, stable performance and long service time are the basic factors to qualify TECON products.
For any items small like tie rods or big as whole formwork & scaffolding systems, for any items produced by own workshops or outsourced from others, we have corresponding quality control system which strictly runs throughout the whole phases of order delivering, from incoming raw materials inspection, manufacturing process inspection till finished products inspection.
CN standards of welding, pressing, punching, casting, forging for different parts are all adapted accordingly while EN standards are also adapted in some of our parts for production.
Test report will be available according to different norms from different regions in order to offer no worries to clients or meet destination authority requirements.
TECON Certification of Quality will be issued when the certain batch of products passes finished products inspection together with all QC profiles in previous phases.
Pre-shipment inspection will be also supported according to clients’ request or by third-party.
