Second, please let me refresh you with an introduction about
our company. Green Egypt for Agricultural Investment Co (AGREEN ), now owns
more than12, 000 acres of oranges with a production of more than 120,000 tons
per season; early Mandarin ( Freemont), Navel, Shamouti, Baladi, and Valencia.

In July 2014, the Egyptian Export Council Statistics
Department has announced that by finishing the season (2013/2014), AGREEN
became the biggest grower and exporter of oranges in Egypt and Middle East in
general. 65.000 tons (final product) were exported by the company from November
2013 to June 2014.

In addition to GLOBAL GAP, BRC, ISO 18001, ISO 22000, ISO
9001and being a SEDEX member, in 2014, the company added TNC, and F2F
certificates. Other certificates are in plan to be added.

The company used to sell the production to Egyptian exporters
(Indirect Exporting) because concentration was on the reclamation of the land,
production techniques and other requirements. In 2008, a decision was taken to
export directly. Therefore, professional commercial and logistics teams were
employed and a big pack-house with a capacity of 500 pallets per day was
instructed. With the increase of the production and customer's base a second
big pack house was instructed with a capacity of 700 pallets per day and was
lunched to work on Jan, 2014. Now the total capacity of the company is 1200
pallets per day.

The biggest advantage of the company is that we take care of
the product from nursery till arrival to client's ports, first hand handling.
On safety side, every lot of production is analyzed and the sample numbers are
written on each carton label. A positive release policy is followed in the pack
houses. Spray records and analysis certificates are ready and can be asked any
time.

Customer's base now covers more than 45 countries in the
world and the main markets are Europe, especially UK, Russia, Ukraine,
Scandinavian countries, Far east, Gulf countries, Baltic countries, and Africa
are big markets to the company.
