Company Description
Blaine Personal and Home Care Corporation (BPHCC), which was born out of the President and CEO’s personal passion for beauty is a company under Blaine Corporation that was established in 2007 as raw material trader for pharmaceutical cosmetic and household industries. The company is strategically located on a 3.0-hectare complex at Governor’s Drive in Carmona, Cavite.
BPHCC quickly made its mark in the industry by providing distribution services for Switzerland’s Rahn Actives, oleochemicals including different blends of soap noodles and major surfactants.
Three years ago, BPHCC formulated a business development program which is to transform the company from being a mere material supplier into a business partner for its customers, expand the market coverage, specifically its geographical and product bases, to introduce new, research-based products that add value to customers and to recruit good and competent people to further build the business.
In 2010, BPHCC launched its toll manufacturing facility to further build partnerships with customers in the cosmetic and household industries. Currently, BPHCC has an active License-To-Operate certificates (as a Cosmetic Distributor and Cosmetic Laboratory) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration.
