Abuel Yu Villar & Co. (AYV & Co.) A general
professional partnership of Certified Public Accountants with strong and
extensive experience in Accounting, Audit, Tax and Management Consultancy
Services acquired through more than fifteen years of practice of the Partners  who are mostly former Senior Associates at
SGV & Co., a member firm of Ernst & Young Global; and Finance &
Accounting Managers of multinational firms.

firms in the Philippines, supported by our Mission of Client and Team
satisfaction in every engagement. At AYV & Co., we aim at serving our

The firm started with a few select clients and provides a
full circle service: Accounting, Payroll, Consulting, Auditing and Tax advisory
services. With the firm’s rapid growth and demand for other business services,
the firm spin-off its operations and created an outsourcing firm, Flourish
Accounting Services & Technology Co. (FAST), to handle these other
specialized business services including payroll, finance and accounting
services. This then focus the firm more to Consulting, Auditing, Tax and
Financial Advisory services. Today, AYV & Co. boasts of its clients from a
wide range of industries and businesses from Food service, Mining and
Exploration, Real Estate, Distributor, Holding, Consulting, BPO and Call
Center, Communications, Manufacturing, Education, Energy, Media and
Entertainment, Consumer Goods and Services, Information Technology and
Nonprofit.

AYV & Co. is registered with the Philippine Securities
and Exchange Commission as a general professional partnership since June 2005.
It is an active member of Association of CPAs in Public Practice (ACPAPP).
