The office was founded in Limassol, Cyprus, in 1998 as D. A. Nicolaides Partnership. Following its expansion in 2003 the office was named Nicolaides Viana Partnership. The experience collected through the years from designing hundreds of buildings results in the accuracy with which we find professional solutions for our clients.
