All of our food is sourced from local independent suppliers, contains no additives or preservatives and is fresh on the day of your event. Our pigs, lambs and chickens come from local farms where the animals are well looked after and have space to live and grow properly. This along with the fact that they are delivered fresh on the day of the event mean the meat we serve is as fresh, flavorsome and healthy as it can be! We serve an array of side dishes that will compliment your roast. These are made fresh on the day of your event and once again we look to local businesses to source the ingredients. We enjoy what we do and take pride in making sure your event goes smoothly and above all, the food is fantastic. A whole spit roast lamb or hog is a not only a fantastic sight to see but is absolutely delicious - something your guests will always remember. The key to the taste is the way the meat rotates continuously during cooking, whilst constantly self basting and marinating in its own juices. This results in tender, flavorful meat contrasted with a crispy, slightly salted.
