In 2004 after gaining good experience in trade field, by decision of board members the company started a new challenge for investing in production by changing type of company, and providing job opportunities for young and talented work force.

After evaluating different industries such as Chemical, Polymer, Packaging, Textile, etc. finally investors have decided to choose carpet and floor covering yarn spinning (textile) by considering good potential of petrochemical downstream industries. After that by purchasing 13,000 sqm industrial lands in Phase 2 of Shokoohie Industrial Area, on the highway which is connecting Tehran to Qom city in the south, new project was born.

After a few years delay & stop finally High-Tech machinery from top producers in Italy & Germany arrived to factory on 2011, and the installation started late 2012.

In textile floor covering industries especially woven carpet because of lack of natural fibers such as Wool, since 50 years ago Acrylic dominated the sector, but during the past 20 years because of jump in price of PAN fibers, and also some issues about its health problems production of BCF yarns become very common in this industry.

Although for making BCF yarns it is possible to use different base polymers such as Polypropylene (PP), Polyamides (PA), Polyesters (PET), etc. but in developed markets such as USA, or EU because of high concerns about recyclability of carpets producing PET BCF is growing and using recycled PET products such PET bottle flakes, or films attracted too much attention during past years.

In this regards, Sanie Avar Chemie (SAC) as a pioneer company in this field for the first time in IRAN imported BCF machines from top Italian producer with the capability of producing BCF yarns not only from virgin PP or PET chips but also direct using of PET bottle flakes without dryer with the capacity of 4500 t/y.

Apart from it by enjoying German technology we can produce twisted, cabled, and heat set BCF yarns in our factory.
