Parliamo Ltd is a multi-lingual company, recently founded. It is based in Abingdon, near Oxford.

We provide professional translation services to UK and international businesses, with the aim to build a long term professional relationship with our clients. The services include translation and proof-reading of documents, reports, marketing literature, brochures, websites, leaflets and flyers. All the services will be translated from Italian or French into English or from English into Italian or French.

Perhaps people think that an instant translation, using one of those on-line services, does the job. Well, it is not entirely true. We think that being able to translate a written text, short or long, into one or more languages is a great skill for life. Lots of people do not realize that there is more to understand about translating. In every language there are some words with the same meaning, but when used in different context their meaning changes. The sentence structure also changes. Each language follows its own grammar rules and they need to be applied correctly to make the text understandable and readable. Real skill comes from understanding what is trying to be said and translating it such that the same facts or message come across.

This is the reason why it is important to us to provide our clients with a high quality service. It is part of our mission.
