Investment Philosophy

Reyes Financial Architecture (RFA), we believe it is more important
that values are understood before assets are valued. We focus first on
protecting then on growing our clients' assets through absolute return
investment strategies aimed at succeeding in both up and down markets.
Absolute returns are not determined by movements in the market or in a
particular industry. The direction of the market indices has little or
no influence on the returns of an investment strategy that seeks
absolute returns. Generally, absolute return strategies refer to
investments that attempt to provide ongoing positive returns regardless
of the performance of the stock market. These strategies are typically
more conservative and seek modest, consistent growth which is why RFA
follows this investment philosophy.

Reyes Financial Architecture (RFA), our belief is that we can best
serve our clients with a collaborative approach to financial planning.
Using professionals across multiple disciplines, including financial,
tax, legal and real estate, RFA develops, enhances and perpetuates our
clients' wealth in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
With the creation of an wealth protection strategy, each client has a
personalized review of their current situation, their outlook based on
the current situation, recommended changes and the potential enhanced
results of those changes. Our planning philosophy is simple: Have no
agenda other than that of our clients.

Our Fiduciary Oath

As
a Registered Investment Advisory firm, Reyes Financial Architecture,
Inc. and its advisors act as fiduciaries to their clients. Reyes
Financial Architecture, Inc. and its advisors embrace this fiduciary
role on behalf of each and every client, and to that end:

Reyes Financial Architecture, Inc. and its advisors shall exercise
their best efforts to act in good faith and in the best interests of the
client. They shall undertake to avoid all conflicts of interest.

In the rare instances where conflicts of interest may exist, Reyes
Financial Architecture, Inc. and its advisors shall provide written
disclosure to the client prior to the commencement of any engagement,
and thereafter throughout the term of the engagement, of any conflicts
of interest that will or reasonably may compromise the impartiality or
independence of the advisor.

In any event, neither Reyes Financial Architecture, Inc. nor its
advisors shall receive any commission or other remuneration that is
contingent on any client's purchase or sale of a financial product.
Furthermore, neither Reyes Financial Architecture, Inc. nor its advisors
shall receive any fee or other material compensation from another party
based on the referral of a client or the client's business.
