Our company, ANCA BUILDERS TRADING & SERVICES, INC., is a licensed general
building contractor, Category D. We are principally engaged in Waterproofing,
Damproofing, Painting and Concrete Crack Repair and Restorations utilizing the
most advanced system in epoxy injection. We are the exclusive distributor of BONDCRETE Structural Epoxies, AQUAFLEX Elastomeric Waterproofing
Paint, PRIMEX Industrial Paints and
floor coatings. Products on leaks sealing and chemical and cementitious grouts,
membrane waterproofing, proven effective over two decades now.

Organized in November 1986, under the trade
name ANCA CONSTRUCTION, our company
had undertaken over  a hundred projects,
mostly waterproofing, crack repair, structural rehabilitation and painting.
Lately includes insulation, ceiling, and tiles installation. In 1990,  ANCA
BUILDERS & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION was formed and then later on was
changed into ANCA BUILDERS TRADING &
SERVICES, INC., after the demise of its original incorporators and with new
management.
