We work with new and growing business enterprises to identify client needs and create appropriate business structures, which includes the drafting of all internal corporate documents.  For existing businesses we draft and supervise outside communications to ensure that business objectives are met, legal compliance is achieved, and necessary protections are provided for our clients.

Energy/Oil and Gas

We represent large and small energy players in upstream markets all over the country.  Our clients entrust us to manage the leasing of minerals, negotiate mineral purchases and sales, run title, approve operating agreements, and ensure compliance with leases.  One of the most common issues we tackle is the identification and correction of payment deficiencies, or as we like to call it, “wrangling oil thieves.” 

Litigation

As litigators, we represent businesses and individual clients on large and small matters.  From the outset we aim to identify client goals and craft plans to achieve them with efficiency in terms of time and money.  Our attorneys assume the responsibility of prosecuting offensive claims and addressing adverse claims in contract and tort.  This allows our clients to get back to what they do best, conducting their normal business and resuming their pre-lawsuit routines.

Real Estate

Our firm represents a diverse array of real estate clients.  They include buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on both commercial and residential properties.  Our attorneys’ involvement has ranged from short matters like lease renewal negotiations to successful multi-appeal litigation over disputed property rights. 

Political Law

Our firm’s attorneys have advised on political campaigns ranging from the local level to Federal Senate and Congressional campaigns.  Our focus has been to achieve strict compliance with the various laws and regulations governing our nation’s election system and streamlining interaction with the administrative bodies charged with overseeing it.

Wills and Estates

New and existing clients approach us about wills and estates documents.  In order to best prepare these clients for life’s eventualities, we produce estate packages tailored to their individual needs.  Packages might be limited to a will, but often include many other documents which outline client desires and identify responsible parties should their need later arise.
