SKY DIGITAL MINERAL NIG LTD

SKY DIGITAL MINERAL. Is a Mining company incorporated in Nigeria that has initiated its operations in April of 2014. Its activities are exploration, mine operation, processing and commercialization of minerals and metals, and Gold project, located in Nigeria. SKY DIGITAL MINERAL. has spent around US$500,000 to have a 50 t/d gold processing plant in Northern Nigeria (only one in the area), which it is starting full operations on august 2014, buying ore from local miners, as long as the company develops a gold vein within the company’s SKY DIGITAL MINERAL property to supply ore to the plant. In this property, the company has so far, a total indicated mineral resource of 130,000 tones averaging around 12g/t for an indicated gold content of appox 50,000 Oz (about 37 million dollars at current Gold prices), and a Inferred mineral resource of an additional 130,000 tones. The company plans to build a 300 t/d Lead concentrate processing plant approximately 10 Km from Anka in Northern Nigeria, to process the ore that is going to be mined out from its property, located about 60 Km. South from future plant site. There is about 500-t/d Lead ore production sur-plus from the mines around Bauchi and zamfara area that eventually, could be processed in the future company’s plant. As a result of an initial exploration program, so far, a total indicated mineral resource of 165,000 tones averaging 3,2% Cu/t with a total Lead content of around 5,280 tones, (About 24 million dollars at current Lead prices), and an additional inferred mineral resource of 165,000 tones. To prove the resources, an exploration program has to be implemented in both projects, including detailed geologic mapping, ground magnetic survey, core drilling and tunnel development on the known veins as well, for underground exploration and start up production.
