There are mainly three courses in yoga that are certified by
Yoga Alliance, USA. These are 200 hour, 300 hour and 500 hour yoga teacher training
courses. 200 hour is a beginner level yoga course and 300 hour and 500 hour are
considered advanced level yoga courses.

Yoga Alliance, USA registered Arpit Yoga is established to
help yoga beginners build strong foundation and understand basics of yoga in a

certified 200 hour yoga teacher training course across the world.

A beginner must start learning yoga starting with 200 hour
yoga course as it provides strong foundation skills that are very helpful
during advance level of yoga courses.
