CCCC Shanghai Dredging Co., Ltd. (CCCC SDC), founded in 1905, which
is a subsidiary of China Communications Construction Company Ltd. (CCCC), is
the top dredging company in China and first class marine contractor in the
world. We operate our business in more than 20 countries and regions with more
than 5,000 employees around the world. In 2015, we achieved a turnover of RMB 14.5
billion (US $ 2.28 billion) and the net profit was RMB 1.141 billion (US $ 180
million).

We own an extensive and versatile fleet with total assets of more
than RMB 20 billion (US $ 3.145 billion), and offer a wide range of maritime
