- York International Corporation, Inc. (USA)

- Al-Salem United Contracting Co. (KSA)

It is the only company authorized by York international (USA) to service York HVAC equipment in Saudi Arabia.

?Custom made? comprehensive Operation & Maintenance Contracts for large high rise buildings, Towers & Shopping Centres etc? covering HVAC&R, Electrical, Mechanical, BMS Controls, Landscaping, Cleaning, Security Guards & Some minor civil works etc.

Yearly Preventive Maintenance & Inspection Contract of equipment to help upgrade and

guide and train end users Staff to increase equipment life span and performance.
