Louis Valentino (Inner Mongolia) Ceramic Co., Ltd. is a sole foreign invested manufacturer in producing construction ceramic products and sanitary wares. It is located in Qing Shui He Industry Garden, Huhhot, Inner Mongolia, China. The factory size is approximately 300 acres and the total investment is over US$ 200 million. This project has been listed as ?One of the top 7 largest development projects in Inner Mongolia in 2007?.

We have over 200 different tile products, which are divided into 8 separate series:

III. Cost advantages



1) Raw material cost



Inner Mongolia is one of the key mining areas in China. The local government promises that the company could mine ceramic raw material ore within a 6 Km2 area for each type of raw material. At present, we have gained licenses for the mining of two types of raw material. The other licenses are currently being processed. The company is permitted to mine for the required ceramic raw materials in a 50-year period.



2) Energy cost



The manufacturing process utilizes coal, coal gas and electric for production energy, which is 70% cheaper than oil, which is used by most other manufacturers for the production of energy. Our company also utilizes the newest desulfurization system and waste water treatment which meet international environment standard requirements.
