Knitting (Ajantha Fabric)





Knitting is the first and foremost step in the business of the knitwear making. We have invested on the best knitting machines in the world. overall production capacity 2000 kgs per day.





Processing:-Soft flow dyeing(Suraj Process)

Using the latest & imported machinery in our soft flow dyeing. We are using completely free of azo dyes & chemical in soft flow machine.





Compacting:(Arul-sri Compcting)



Compacting machine is imported from Germany. it maintains the shrinkage control To below 5% meeting all international standards.







Embroidery (Arul Embroidery)



Placement embroidery, overall embroidery or any other type of embroidery can be possible and then in house embroidery facility with 40 heads and a production capacity of 600 stitches per minute per head.









Stitching;



For stitching of garments we have 80 over lock and 40 power operator machines. We use only imported machine from siruba (japan) singer siruba japan our total Production capacity is 5000 pcs per day



Checking, ironing & packing



The knitwear is then subject to a through check ,by skilled supervisors. Even the smallest defect is not over locked. The checked piece are ironed , rechecked and packed for shipping.
