We are making all kind of Refractory Products Required by Steel, Copper, Nickel, Aluminium, Power Plant, Fertiliser, Glass, and Cement industries. A brief of our product range is given as below for your kind perusal and information.



A. Steel:

1.Coke-oven refractories: We are making and offering complete range of refractories (Silica Bricks, Mortar, Silica based insulating bricks etc)



2.Hot Blast stove: We also making total refractories suitable for use here (Silica Bricks, Silica Based Insulating Bricks etc)



3.Blast Furnace: Total refractories (Bricks, Castables, ramming mass etc)



4.Converters/Open Earth-Furnace/Mixer: We make all kind of bricks suitable to use in these area (Magnesia Carbon bricks, Magnesite Bricks, Magnesite-Crome Bricks, Alumina-Magnesia Bricks, Cromite Bricks, Alumina based Bricks, etc), Ramming Mass, Castables, and Patching Mass etc.



5.Ladle/Ladle Covers: We offer all kind of bricks for all kind of ladles suitable for making all kind of steel. We are making Lance-pipe, Argon Ringing pipe, Gas Purging Refractories in the Ladles, Castables patching mass etc.

6.Tundish Refractory: We make total tundish refractories (back-up lining, Working lining etc.)



7.Continuous Casting Refractories: We are making all kind of Ladle Shroud, Monoblock Stopper, Sub-entry Nozzle, Tundish Nozzle etc. We have wide ranges of quality and design suitable in all the operational practices steel plant follows and different grade of steel produce. It is also called special or black refractories.



We are also making Tapping refractories for steel tapping from furnaces, Slide gate refractories for steel teeming from Ladle to Tundish, Tundish to Casting Mould etc.



We are also making refractories for DRI, HBI making furnaces etc.



B.Copper Industries:

All kind of bricks or castables for all kind of smelters, anode furnaces, slag recoverer furnace.



C. Aluminium Industries:

Here we also offer complete refractories solution. We are making different kind Alumina based bricks suitable in different area (baking furnace or anode baking furnace) castables, precast shaped etc.



D. Glass industries:

We are making different kind of silica-based brick, Alumina silica bricks, Silica Based Insulating Bricks, Special high performance zero inclusion refractories and bricks.



E. Non-ferrous industries:

We are making all kind of bricks, castable suitable for different kind Nickel, Lead furnaces; like-Flash smelter, Isasmelt reactor, Reverberatory furnace, Noranda reactor, Flash converter, TBRC, Teniente converter, PS Converter, Anode Furnace, Slag Cleaning furnace, Kivcet Process, QSL Reactor, Lead Rotary Furnace.
