1.0. Source qualified suppliers.

1.1.Qualified supplierâ??s report including but not limited to:

a. Full contact;

b. Capacity and capability of supplies;

c. Main market;

d. Main machinery equipments;

e. Workers and engineers;

f. Scale;



1.2. Negotiate prices with suppliers in case of necessary;

1.3. More suppliers can be sourced in case of necessary;

1.4. Sourcing commitment: provide 4 qualified suppliers within 10 working days.



2. Quality control:

2.0. Factory Audit; Factory Audit Report by physical check, with photos;

2.1. Pre-production and First Produce Report after production, with photos;

2.2. Half Production Inspection with photos---physical inspection;

2.3. Final Inspection Report after finished production, with photos---physical inspection;

2.4. Daily Follow up;

2.5. Shipment on time control;

2.6. Load inspection after loading products into containers, with photos----provide photos.

2.7. Transportation Service in China.



3. Mould Development;

3.0. Working content: source the exact mould maker till buyers satisfaction.

3.1. Source not less than 3 qualified mould makers.

3.2. More suppliers can be sourced in case of necessary.



4. Service Territory Scope:

Mainland of China. Additional charges will be claimed for service in HK, xxxxx
