Located in Huangyan, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Hongxin Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional forged aluminum wheel manufacturer. In present China, we are the one of producing forged aluminum wheels for all kinds of motor vehicles, such as bus, truck, car and motorcycle, ranging from 15 to 26 inches. On April 19th, 2007, our 22.5*8.25 truck wheel passed the test by SMITHERS SCIENTIFIC SERVICES in USA. We start trial production of small quantity in May 2007, and will achieve 250,000 wheels per year in August. At the end of 2007, we plan to complete 500,000 wheels, and 1,000,000 wheels in 2008. Up to 2010, we will carry out maximal capability of 2 million wheels per year. We are capable of producing high strength aluminum wheel by adopting the most advanced equipment and surface treatment techniques, such as large axial closed-die rolling machine, spinning machine, machining equipment etc. At present, we have the first project programming finished and got ready equipments and progressed trial production and will start mass production in August, 2007.
