Hebei Huabei Diesel Engine Limited Liability Company is a professional diesel engine production company, which is affiliated to the Inner Mongolia First Machinery Group Corporation. Our company was established in 1970 and restructured to a limited liability company in 2002. At the time before, our corporation is the subsidiary company of the China North Industry Group Corporation. In April, 2007, we became a subsidiary company of the Inner Mongolia First Machinery Corporation.
The company has an occupation area of 251000 square meters, and its factory covers an area of 170,000 square meters. Until now we have 1400 workers, including 49 technicians and senior technicians as well as 93 administrative personnel with middle and high grade title of technical posts. Our company passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification in August, 1998, and the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification in June, 2004. After 30 years development, our company is boasting more than 1600 various equipments. We have relatively complete production means of founding, machinery processing, assembly and testing. Our company enjoys a fixed asset of 535 million RMB and can produce 5000 diesel engines per year. At present, we are upgrading our technology aiming to increase our annual production capability to 15000.
The company mainly introduced the technology from DEUTZ AG. in the following series such as B/FL413F/513 air-cooled series, BFM1015 water-cooled series, TCD2015 series as well as HC4132 water-cooled diesel engines with our own intellectual property right have perfect performance and extensive scope of power output. It has the following advantages such as high power, small volume, light weight, low oil consumption, low noise and convenient maintenance. Our products are widely used in heavy-duty truck, luxury bus, special vehicle, engineering machinery, petroleum equipment, and gen-sets.
