History

Britannia was founded in 1931 a model mill of its time, which produced high quality worsted fabrics, for men and women. Excellent technology combined with experienced staff placed the company in a leading position in the Greek and European fabric market. As the fabrics? industry undergoes constant changes and the production units have moved from the European countries into low cost production countries such as China, India etc. forcing Britannia to follow these changes in order to stay active and competitive in the apparel & textile industry. From 2005 and onwards the production of fabrics and men?s suits in Greece is been slowly reduced. Nowadays, Britannia has developed partnerships and alliances with some of the biggest producers in xxxxx in both fabric and ready garment sectors.
