Polyyes Mould was established in 1997 with area 12,000 square meters workshop, more than 300 staffs including 40 professional technicians and managers,, specializing in plastic injection mold fabrication, injection moulding and a series of necessary processing services including silk-screen printing, painting, ultrasonic welding and so on.



With ISO 9001:2000 certificated, we perform strict quality control through the whole process including IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC and etc. Also we carry out 7S to ensure the efficient process quality control and struggle for the ISO14000 certificate in early 2007.



Apart from good system, we are well equipped. We have Slow-speed Wire Cutting Machine, CNC Machining Center, Mirror-EDM Machine, CNC EDM Machine, 50T-500T Injection Moulding Machines, Co-ordinate Measuring Machine, Optical Projector, Chromatism Instrument & Gear Precision Measuring Machine. Our qualified mould designers can skillfully use the most prevalent engineering softwares such as UG, PRO/E, Mastercam, C-mold, Moldflow, AutoCAD.
