Essing Dieseltuning bv was initially established to develop technological innovations for the racing track.
Formula 1
Essing Dieseltuning bv is involved in various developments for the Formula-1-Teams as well, including Ferrari, Honda and Toyota.
In 1999 Essing Dieseltuning bv supplied Ferrari with an innovation to reduce pulsation losses in a Formula-1-engine at 19,000 rpm. At present Essing Dieseltuning bv
works in close co-operation with Honda and Toyota to change a sinus-shaped piston movement in a Formula-1-engine in order to achieve a more efficient movement pattern.
As such the Formula-1-engine is capable to perform better in competitive conditions,
and when conditions are harsh. Essing Dieseltuning bv supplies innovations which open up new horizons.
Diesel tuning: various methods
Based on these innovations we have moved on to the development of the present diesel tuning. For many people diesel tuning is a concept when additional engine power, keen acceleration and reduction of fuel consumption is involved. Since the introduction of the electronically driven (turbo) diesel engines in the beginning of the nineties many developments have been xxxxx of the traditional tuning chips (chip tuning) where a pre-programmed chip was to be soldered into the motor management system, or EODB tuning (flashing) where certain parameters of the motor management were xxxxx objective was to develop and provide a tuning system for the consumer, without allwithout all the
