Currently Sonicarla is the only vertical Seamless unit in Portugal, exporting around 99% of its production. Seamless is produced in a single continious knitting process that eliminates side seams creating lighter and more flexible garments combined with an efficient production cycle.

We occupy a leading position among both Portuguese and foreign companies in Seamless articles due to our advanced technologies, which result in products with an uncomparable sensation of confort, versatility and flexability.

We manufacture seamless products for underwear, activewear, swimwear, sportswear, outwear and homewear.

Seamless is in itself a concept featuring very interesting characteristics, such as quick drying (24 hours), anti-bacterial treatment, UV Protection, anti-perpsiration, among others, which greatly contribute to assure high quality and value added to customers. The growing evolution and consumer search for Seamless products requires a constant and updated technical development, with the use of the latest performance yarns, that offer special properties to garments, such as, confort, moisture management, skin life, resistence, softness/touch, easy-care, and odor control properties.
