Our idea began when our 2 year old son refused to eat his vegetables. Like most parents, we want our family to eat more veggies. So we consulted our pediatrician, talked to moms, read books, and searched the internet The #1 recommendation by far was to hide vegetables in other foods. So that is exactly what we did.
