We would like to introduce Coop. Extremeña de Ajos de Aceuchal, a producer and distributor garlic cooperative based in the Extremadura region of South-western Spain.



The cooperative was founded in 2003 by 26 producers with the aim of offering high quality products respectful with the environment and engaged with a sustainable development.



Traceability and integral production were one of our main goals and we are EurepGAP certified for fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as ISO 9001:2000.



Our premises are fully-equipped with the latest technology-systems that make possible a production of 10.000 kg per day that we stock in our own warehouse for a later distribution.



We offer the following range of products:

? Fresh garlic

? Whole peeled garlic

? Dehydrated garlic flakes

? Dehydrated garlic granules

? Dehydrated garlic powder



In terms of distribution, we market the 25% of our production to Spanish supermarkets, slaughter houses and meat industries and the 75% to Portuguese distributors.



Regarding Europe, we are determined to offer our products in the european market as we are confident on the high quality, competitiveness and sustainable development of all our range of garlic.
