Bajaj Auto Ways an ISO 9001 company is leading manufacture of Clutch Plates, Clutch Assemblies and related components for HCVs, LCVs, CARS, & Heavy Earth Moving Equipment for the last 35 years under the brand RINCO, which is a well established and respected name in the market. We are supplying these components to various OEMs and the performance report of our components is commendable. The clutch facing manufactured by us are asbestos and non asbestos based. We have a well developed Manufacturing Facility at Wazirpur Industrial Area in Delhi (India). The unit is equipped with all modern facilities like Hydro Copying Lathes, CNC turning centers, battery of presses, broaching machines, heat treatment plant, and tool room. We are fully equipped with testing facilities like Material testing Lab, various hardness testers, measuring and gauging equipment, and all the computerized clutch testing machines like Spring Testing, Endurance Testing, Clutch Assembly Load Testing Machines etc. We are also having tie up with professional labs in and around Delhi for Spectro Analysis, UTS & other Physical testing and Microscopic Testing.
