St Domae Farms in the interior of the Caribbean island of Jamaica are growers and purveyors of top quality local spices, condiments and producers of honey. Apiaries in the hills provide pure raw honey packaged as Highland Gold pure honey. Allspice (pimento) and Scotch Bonnet Pepper are specialies of the island and the main ingredients in our Isle of Jamaica brand Jerk Seasoning. We'll supply allspice, thyme, ginger and other natural spices.
