Beijing Ao-jia-Yuan Technology Co.Ltd is a production and trading company with independent export right, and devoted for the first place both in market and technology since xxxxx recent years,we have successively developed,manufactured many advanced products, including the air brick production equipment and specific static mixer for casing of liquid silicone rubber and standard knife for Chinese peoples armed police, and so xxxxx additions to the product range are serial ultrathin pipe billet for production of metal fuser film sleeve (FFS) upon the marker demand and with reference to international standard for the office equipment xxxxx comparison with metal, plastics these series ultra-thin pipe billet have the following characteristics;
1 Ultrathin
As all in serivce personnel know, the key problem in production of metal fuser film sleeve is the manufacture of metal pipe billet(MPB).The thinner the MPB and the more prominent of FFS is, not only the more difficult it is to manufacture, also will affect production efficiency and approved rate of products. In view of that, MPB with a wall thickness of 0.445mm has been selected as internationl production standard by world famous enterprises of office equipment. But MPB with a wall thickness of 0.025mm,only about 30 percent of the similar products in market, has been successfully manufactured in our company because of the application of advanced production techniques.
2 High-precision molding surface
Curentiy, the most widespread extrusion process adopted by the world famous enterprises of office equipment for the manufacture of MPB will be affected by temperature, pressure, change in material property, mold precision, environment, and resulted in the defects, including irregularity in molding surface, wall thickness inhomogeneity, distortion, etc.However, all the defects have been avoided in our products, and the molding surface quality has been greatly improved. For example, precision and uniformity of wall thickness 0.003mm.
3 Metal surface obtained by cutting
Cutting process avoids the problem of oxidizing layer appears on surface of MPB, and therefore, requires no chemical corrosion treatment so as to facilitate the follow-up process including fluoro-plastics spraying, sintering.
It was noted that we manufactured the MPB using production technology with independent intellectual property rights including both the equipment and raw materials to ensure mass, regular, timely supply.
We self manufactured the FFS and MPB, and chosen the top-class enterprise as our partners to provide customized fluoro-plastics spraying, with a better quality than the other domestic similar products in market.
