Jpigroup is organized into three divisions: investment banking, private equity and asset management. These three divisions are almost parallel to its three revenue streams: advisory and management fees; profits sharing and dividends income; and premium capital gains income. Like most other investment banks, over 2/3 of Jpigroup's earnings are from operations and exits where it takes principal and proprietary positions and the fee based income from its advisory roles accounts for the other 1/3.
