CGT xxxxx, a Join Stock Company with main shareholders coming from the members of PetroVietnam, is established under the Decision No.1136/NQ-DKVN dated April 13th, 2007 of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) and Certification of Business Registration No. 4103006914 issued by Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh City, with and main business activities as follows:



- Road transportation including but not limiting to passengers carrier, cargo carrier, taxi, touring car xxxxx;



- Maritime transportation including but not limiting to passengers carrier, cargo carrier, especially LPG carrier;



- Trading in specialized facilities, equipments and/ or spare parts in transportation;



- Importing and trading fuel products of LPG/ LNG/ CNG;



- Trading agents for trading the products of gas, gasoline, xxxxx;



- Services of conversion for vehicles using traditional fuel to using LPG/ LNG/ CNG;



- Real estate, office leasing, services of restaurant/ hotelxxxxx;



- Domestic and international tourism;



- Transient stations;
