Sir,

We are an ISO TS 16494 certified company.

We are ancillary to Tata Motors Ltd ,Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Force Motors PUNE,Atul  Auto Ltd ,Rajkot,Omax Auto ,Tata Toyo Radiators etc based in lucknow for Sheet metal compoments.We also make Scooter seats /Truck seats for Johnson controls .We are also making Wheel Rims for 2 / 3 Wheeler and are approved by ARAI ,PUNE.

We make about 300 compoments for them.

Besides other presses, we have 3 Nos 500 Tons with pneumatic Air Cushion Power Presses capable of making Deep draw compoments.

We also have qualified work force and experienced Technical staff.Also we have Tool Rim facilities attached to us for making Dies etc .

Also we have Cnc Press Brakes,CNC PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE,CNC SHEARing machine ,CNC PIPE BENDING machine with converised powerder coating plant etc .We have 3 units in Lucknow.

Specialization :

We developed Wheel rims for Scooters India Ltd.,and their Licencess and were single source. We also developed Wheel Rims of LML Ltd., Kanpur and their very first two orders were on us. We were their single source for about six years and thereafter had 50% share. For last 3 to 4 years they have installed their own Transfer Press and are making in- house

We were also supplying to Automobiles Products of India (API), Bhandup, Mumbai.

We have tooling and Dies for Bajaj Three Wheelers for making Wheel Rims from 2mm and 2.5mm .We have, recently, developed Dies For SUNKU Three Wheeler Rims .

For Vikram (Scooters India Ltd.,) we have now developed Dies to make Wheel Rims from 3mm HR/ CR sheets









Machinery & Equipment:

A detailed list is enclosed herewith.

We have our own tool room and also make use of Tool Room of CIPET which is just opposite our unit. Their list of machinery and equipment is also enclosed.

We are well experienced and with Skilled Personnel to take up the job. We employ about 200 people.



We have strict Quality Standards and necessary gauges, instruments and Standard Process checking systems. Our rejections are negligible. Our continuous supplies to Bajaj Auto Ltd., and Maharashtra Scooters Ltd., and also other customers for last 20-25 years speaks of our ability to make quality products.
