Company Description
Introduction
Blue Fuel Sourcing (hereinafter: BFS) is a partnership, active as a consultant for oil products. The partners have an international finance and tax background. Since the start, BFS has built a network of authorized mandate holders. Therefore BFS has direct access to and works with mandate holders/allocation holders worldwide.
Services and position
We connect Buyers and Sellers, advise, negotiate, mediate, handle documents and prepare formalities up to draft contract.
From a commission point of view BFS is on the buyerside. BFS is the party who closes the deal. Therefore BFS is not on the offering side, but on the closing side of the buyerside commission.
Products
Our scope of interest concerns the following products: a. oil products such as Mazut, D2, HSD and Jet Fuel (also non Russian)
b. crudes such as Rebco and SLCO
Also small orders
BFS does not only handle the regular size orders from 100,000 MT per month to 1,000,000 MT per month and up, but is also specialised in small order sizes from 50,000 MT per month to 100,000 MT per month.
Procedure
The procedure can be divided in a Starting procedure and the (specific) Procedure Seller.
Starting procedure:
1. After the first contact with Buyer/mandate/broker, BFS sends an NCND which has to be signed by all commission receiving parties.
2. Buyer/mandate/brokers sends LOI/ICPO with banking details to BFS. After approval of the LOI/ICPO seller issues an FCO plus IMFPA.
3. After signing the FCO the Procedure Seller starts, which is more specific. At this stage there is direct communication between Seller and Buyer.
Extra services
As compared to market related parties BFS distinguishes itself by offering on request:
- international tax expertise
-the setting up of a paymaster structure
