The semolina drawn from middle Anatolian productive, high-protein durum wheat is forming into pasta utilizing the world's leading technology, Swiss Buhler pasta technology, in our new turbothermatic, ply controlled, full automated modern plants, established in 1996.
All of our products with 20 different varieties are vitamin enriched with b1, b2, niacin and ferrosulphate. Raw materials, intermediate and finished products are regularly subjected to strict quality control tests.
