Ltd. has established its own factory and engaged in the design and manufacture of calculators in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). PRC with a total gross floor area of about 20,000 sq.m.. We have approximately 2,000 staff and workers and advanced integrated production facilities. We produce not only calculators with basic function, but also other state of the art and high value added electronic products to better serve our customers.

We also have vertically integrated production facilities to keep our products' quality at supreme quality with competitive price. The integrated production facilities include plastic castings, printed circuit boards, TN and STN liquid crystal display (?LCD?) production lines etc.?

The calculators produced by us are mainly divided into pocket calculators, desktop calculators, talking calculators
and scientific calculators. Apart from calculators, we also produced other kinds of electronic products, including world time calendars, digital clocks, multi-functional water-resistance watches and household telephone. The development of new products brought forth new opportunities and markets for the Group.
