J.S.C. Nezhyn Mechanical Factory is the only plant in Ukraine producing
equipment for fish and other sea products processing.
In times USSR at us was not opportunities to sell the equipment worldwide, we issued the equipment only for USSR!
90 % of all installations by the Russian boats are made at our factory! The equipment is made of the Ukrainian high-quality steel and well works and after 15 years of operation of installations!
Our Ukrainian steel is bought by many European manufacturers of the equipment!
Now we only begin to sell the equipment all over the world, but it is good itself has recommended also our equipment buy in Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Norway, India, Peru, Chile!

We manufacture and sell aggregative fishmeal and fish oil units (A1-IzhR,
RMU-60), fishmeal units ( I-7-IVB, RMU-5) and also A1-IKM, A1-IKM-3 units
for extraction of meat from krill and A1-IKP-50 unit for processing ocean
krill into protein paste. These machines proved to be reliable onboard
fishing boats as well as in coastal factories.
Due to their compact construction the units require minimum space and are
designed to be installed in the shortest time onboard fishing boats and in
coastal fish processing factories.

Rotadisk driers are steamheated and used by about 70 % of the world fishmeal plants due to good quality fishmeal and reliability.
Note that some cheaper, low quality driers using hot oil have too high drying temperature and will burn the fishmeal, destroy the protein and often catch fire.
Rotadisc driers used for 90 % of the world's fishmeal production. Very heavy duty design with life time up to 20 years. Simple operation and low maintenance. Gives the optimum in fishmeal quality with low steam and electric consumption.
Using air is the best way to cool fishmeal. Avoids "burning", protect the quality of protein and makes grinding easier.
