Founded in 1830, Anqing Huyumei Fermented Food Co., Ltd. is a specialized producer of condiments. Our HUYUMEI brand boasts over 100 high-grade serial products and includes spicy broad bean sauce, compound cooking condiments, sauces, vinegar, pickled vegetables, starch, blended oils and a host of other products.  

We utilize a uniqu
e manufacturing process and quality raw materials to produce our products and this approach has resulted in our chilli broad bean sauce winning 9 gold and silver medals both at home and abroad between 1911 and 1929.

With a factory area of 47,00
0 square meters, fixed assets of over USD3,000,000 and approximately 500 employees, we have an annual production capacity of approximately 10,000MT and are currently shipping our products to over 20 provinces and regions including the USA, Malaysia, Japan and Hong Kong.
