Zhejiang Shenghuabo Automobile Appliance Company Ltd was established in 1986, who was previously named Ruian Jinggong Automobile Appliance Factory. Now the company has an occupation of 12, 000 square meters, building ear of 19, 800 and a staff of 485 people including 68 senior engineers.

Now it is the biggest manufacturer of Windshield Wipper for automobiles in China. Its products are used as fitting parts by some famous master machinery manufacturers in China, such as Yiqi, Eqi, Nanqi, Beiqi, Jingling, Jianghuai, Jinlong, Wuling,Cherry, Changhe, Changan, etc. and it was also awarded a reputation of Excellent Fitting Factory". What's more, its products are also used as spare parts for GMC Detroit. The company now has several production lines, processing centers and test equipments. Its output of 2001 was 1,400,000 sets and the sales volume amounted to 140,000,000Yuan, which took up over 40% market share and ranked number one in the trade. It was granted ISO9001 certificate in 1998 and QS9000 certificate as well as VDA6.1 certificate in November 2001.

Due to the increasing challenge of China's join WTO and the needs of international competition, the company enhanced its technology reform with an investment 30,000,000 Yuan in 2001 and another investment schedule of 50,000,000 Yuan in 2003. The factory has purchased a land of 100 acres in Shanghai Dazong(Volks Wagon) Industrial Zone as a base of new products research & development and assembling platform for exports. Meanwhile, it has also pushed another land of 100 acres in Ruian North Industrial Zone. It is expected that the sales volume of 2002 will amount to 190,000,000 Yuan with exports volume of about 40,000,000 and that the sales volume of 2003 will amount to 260,000,000 Yuan with exports volume of about 90,000,000 Yuan.
