Holley Metering Ltd. is a trans-regional and export-oriented conglomerate, which has merged research, development, production and sales of electrical instruments into one organic whole. It is the largest electrical instrument manufacturing company of the world.

smoothly passed the review and updating of ISO9001:2000 version international quality certification.
