Established in 1995, Shenzhen ChaoJun Plastics & Mould Co., Ltd. is a fully integrated producer of quality plastics, moulds and system products for exacting OEM services and aftermarket applications.
Our products include all kinds of plastic gears (helical, worm, spur, strap, camera etc. ), electronic plastic components, moulds, dairy plastics such as bottle caps, drinking cups etc and system products.
We own advanced facilities equipped with an in-house gear grinding machine, gear hobbing machine, inside and outside grinding, lathe, mold injection machines, and precise gear machining instruments like Japan OKK CNC machine center, Mitsubishi sparkle machine, Japan Sodick filament cut off machine and 3-D vision measuring system and gear rolling test.
These machines are operating under advance management system accredited with ISO9001-2000 with good engineering skills and long term experience to customer needs and specifications.
