Qingdao Jinxiu Artex Co.,Ltd., the former titled as Qingdao General Machine Embroidered Lace Mill, inaugurated in Mar. 1968. The Chinese government imported the first embroidered lace machines from abroad and installed in the above factory, since Qingdao as the center of textile in China, as the city known for that. So the mill founded for that and eventually developed.
