Handan Xindiya Chemical Co.,Ltd. (original Linzhang Fine Chemical Plant) is a specialty production enterprise mainly for agricultural emulsifiers and surface active agents. It is the fixed agricultural emulsifier manufacturing unit of original Chemical Department.

Our company is located in the south of Hebei province. It enjoys a convenient transportation for it is close to Beijing-Guangzhou railway, 107 national highway and Beijing-Shenzhen speedway. Our company occupies a total area of 30,000 square meters. There are over 100 employee in our company, including 30 professional technicians. Our company has plants for ethoxylation(5,000t/year), calcium salt(5,000t/year) and compound emulsifier(10,000t/year). Ethoxylation plant has adopted advanced technique of outside loop(PI) from Italy. Products quality has reached the advanced level of the same kind of products in foreign counties.
