The Xiamen ITG Logistics Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Xiamen International Trade Group Corp. Ltd. The company grew out of the Xiamen Tidak international Transportation Co., Ltd. and holds the following business licences: grade-one cargo transport agency and crossstraits cargo transport agency approved by the former MOFTEC; grade-three non-marine carrier and road cargo transport company; grade-one agency for international air transport approved by the China Civil Aviation Administration; entry & exit express mail service provider approved by the State Post Administration and the State General Customs Administration. ITG Logistics has a number of affiliated companies including ITG Terminal, Tidak international Transportation, ITG Container Yard ITG Air Transport, ITG Customs Broker, and ITG & Tidak Logistics. The Xiamen Sun Power Logistics Co., Ltd., a joint venture with the Hong Kong Master Director (Holdings) Co., Ltd., is involved in the container yard business. The Haicang international Container Terminal is another ITG joint venture with the Xiamen Port Affairs Group and Hong Kong Hutchison Whampoa.
