DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (SEA) Pte Ltd is based in Singapore and serves clients' needs in the entire Southeast Asia market .
Formerly known as Edmund Tie and Company, the firm was founded in 1995 by 13 professionals who had
previously led an international property consultancy for 15 years in senior management positions. DTZ in Singapore has more than 600 staff, including 460 Associates.

The team has sold and leased more than 10 million sq ft of commercial space sin
ce 1995.  For the same period, we recorded residential home sales of over S$10 billion as well as investment sales of almost S$3 billion.

Our track record in Singapore is marked by successful marketing of office developments like SIA B
uilding, Suntec Tower Four and Great World City; retail developments such as Compass Point, Causeway Point & Cineleisure Orchard; industrial properties like Micropolis Building and Compaq Building and residential projects such as Ardmore Park and St Martin Residence.  Agilent Technologies, Allianz Group, Nokia, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte & Touche, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Fuji Xerox, Nike and Esprit are some of our valued occupier clients.

Our valuation service achieved ISO 9002 certifica
tion in 1998 and we value property worth more than S$30 billion annually.  We also manage 1.3 million sq ft of commercial space, 1,300 private houses, apartments and condominium units including 601 state properties, and have established ourselves as adviser and operations manager to developers of serviced apartments.  Our property management service and resale agency were awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification in December 2000.

In research and consultancy, DTZs expertise is sou
