Ningbo Yinzhou Feida Precision Foundry has the history of production of investment (lost wax) casting for over 20 years. We have a group of skilled workers with plentiful production experiences and a group of engineers and technicians with high engineering level. our products includes various of carbon steel casting, alloy steel casting, stainless steel casting, grey iron casting, ductile iron casting, aluminum alloy casting and brass alloy casting, Our factory has an annual production capacity of 3, 000 tons casting, more than sixty percents castings are exported to American, Canada, Germany, and other countries and regions. All products are well received by customers.

Our factory owned:
Integrated sets of production equipments: Four sets of GGW-0. 15T intermediate frequency electric furnaces, five Q3110, Q378, Q325 crawler cast bolus machines and hanging sandblast machine and automatically controlled annealing and normalizing heat treatment equipment.

Completed physical and chemical testing room: direct-reading optical spectrometer for analytical chemistry, WE-100 hydraulic universal testing machine for tensile strength and yield strength, HB-3000 hardness tester, magnetic powder flaw detector and so on.

Self-contained cnc machining workshop: 7 units CNC lathes, 1 units general milling machine, 1 unit granding machine, 1 unit boring and milling cnc center, 6units drilling machines. we can do the machining by ourself.
